------------------------------------------------------------------------------

its 10.38pm right now. i'm here to update on my status right now. to anyone out there who was concern about me, here is a word or two for you.

THANK YOU FOR WORRIES, I'M A-OK RIGHT NOW
NEED NOT TO WORRY.

this afternoon after i finish blogging, i planed to go to bed to have a good rest. i was already having a hard time to inhale. it is obviously an ASTHMA ATTACK, but the medicine i took around 1.30pm wasn't showing any effect. infect it is getting worst. i had an even more hard time to breath in. so i decided to pay the doc a visit. i rush to my mum and asked her to take me to the doc. on the way to the doc, i was still struggling for a gasp of air. i was praying to Lord, please help me. and what do u know, miracle does happen!!!! when i reach the clinic, i was starting to feel better. inhale & exhale was going gradually smoother. thanks to the Lord, the medicine i took in earlier must have take effect. i still register to have a check up with the doc to make sure i'm alright. the doc was shock when i told him a had an ASTHMA ATTACK just just now. and i'm feeling okay already. the doc say tat i'm fine already. he examine me and gave me a flu medicine, cause i was having a very serious running nose. my nose is like a tab that was wide open, and water just keep on flowing. okay, then i went back home paying RM15 for my flu medicine. lolzz, expensive? yea, kinda. but what if i don't pay it and tell the nurse i'm ok already. i had my own flu medicine at home so no thank you and just turn around and leave the clinic. wow... tat would be cool right. hahaha.... may be i'll try that out next time. hahaha..... i went home and i slept for 3 hours. then my mother woke me up 3 hours later n ask me to have my dinner. then i found i'm in a pile of sweat, the room was so hot!!! i reallies tat i dint on the fan. lolzzz..... well, i might have been dehydrated due to the lost of so much water. hahaha... feeling a-little-bit dizzy tho. ok thats kinda rape up my ASTHMA ATTACK story. i'm fine now, n i'm blogging this out. so don't worry i won't die that easy.^^

here's a little advice for those who have ASTHMA too out there. i did some research n this is what i found from Wikipidia, and hell it is a long article. i wont be writing it all out lo, if you want to know more about this disease go to tis side http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asthma

Asthma

intro:
Asthma is a disease of the respiratory system in which the airways constrict, become inflamed, and are lined with excessive amounts of mucus.

sign & symptoms:
-wheezing (whistling sound produced in the respiratory airways during breathing)
-prolonged expiration
-a rapid heart rate (tachycardia)
-rhonchous lung sounds (audible through a stethscope)
-the presence of a paradoxical pulse (a pulse that is weaker during inhalation and stronger during exhalation)
-over-inflation of the chest

During very severe attacks, an asthma sufferer can turn blue from lack of oxygen, and can experience chest pain or even loss of consciousness. Just before loss of consciousness, there is a chance that the patient will feel numbness in the limbs and palms may start to sweat. The person's feet may become icy cold. Severe asthma attacks, which may not be responsive to standard treatments (status asthmaticus), are life-threatening and may lead to respiratory arrest and death. Despite the severity of symptoms during an asthmatic episode, between attacks an asthmatic may show few or even no signs of the disease.

Cause:
environmental-
-Poor air quality
-environmental tobacco smoke
-Psychological stress
(tis is the only 3 factor i can understand)

Genetic-
i don't understand a word that was said over here. but i do believe that there is a link between Asthma and genetic. cause i also my cousin who is having asthma too.

Asthma is caused by a complex interaction of genetic and environmental factors that researchers do not fully understand yet. These factors can also influence how severe a person’s asthma is and how well they respond to medication. As with other complex diseases, many genetic and environmental factors have been suggested as causes of asthma, but not all of them have been replicated. In addition, as researchers detangle the complex causes of asthma, it is becoming more evident that certain environmental and genetic factors may only affect asthma when combined.

Treatment:
-medical
-Pharmaceutical
-
Long-acting β2-agonists

[A typical inhaler]
but i don't use this. cause i don't think it will help much. i dint mean that there is no effect using it. it does have effect and it's effect could be seen right after u have a spray in your mouth. it is used to give a smoothed symptomatic relief. but it is not a cure it is just a temporary relief. so what for using it? it is just gona following you around your whole life.

The most effective treatment for asthma is identifying triggers, such as pets or aspirin, and limiting or eliminating exposure to them. If trigger avoidance is insufficient, medical treatment is available. Desensitization is currently the only known "cure" to the disease. Other forms of treatment include relief medication, prevention medication, long-acting β2-agonists, and emergency treatment.

i hope this could had help someone out. at least i spend some time on getting to know what ASTHMA is and so on. it kinda help me out, at least i know more about this disease i'm having in long term. we have to keep our body healthy so we can do things normally. so we can live on not just to do work and make more money to have a better life but a meaningful life. i hope you guys out there do take care of your body well, don't harm it by eating too much useless food, smoking, doing harmful activities. pray to god tat HE will bless you with health and i believe HE will give you what you needed but not what you wanted.

i think i'll just end here. and WOW..... what a long post this is. thank you for spending your time reading my blog. if you see this, means that you are a loyal reader of my blog cause you spend a long time to see what i'm bullshitting up here. haha.... thax again for your time cause this post is mainly all words n only one picture. hope you enjoyed it.

take care,
VINCENT.
